Medium-voltage ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) is used in 3~10kV applications, with rated currents from 630A to 4000A and short-circuit breaking currents of 25/31.5/40kA. It requires a vacuum circuit breaker as the main switch, a vacuum interrupter as the arc-extinguishing device, and a spring or permanent magnet operating mechanism. The controller monitors for undervoltage, overvoltage, and phase loss faults on the incoming power supply line, and controls the vacuum circuit breaker to quickly disconnect and switch power when an outgoing line fault occurs. The ATSE controller needs to be connected to the mains and generator voltage status signals, requiring voltage transformers to be installed on the mains and generator power supply incoming sides. Backup power sources such as generators are used to ensure the normal operation of critical loads.
Medium-voltage dual-power automatic transfer systems have advantages such as high switching reliability, short switching time, and simple structure. Electrical and mechanical dual interlocking functions ensure power supply safety.
Medium-voltage automatic step-by-step switching systems can automatically disconnect or connect medium-voltage feeder lines in a pre-set sequence during mains and backup power switching, ensuring the reliability of critical power supply circuits.
The medium-voltage ATS is an integrated medium-voltage automatic transfer switchgear independently developed by Xuanhong Power. It complies with the group standard "Medium-voltage Transfer Switchgear and Complete Switchgear Assemblies," relevant IEC and GB standards, and meets ETL, UL, CE, CSA, and IEE certification standards. It features a dual mechanical and electrical interlocking switch mechanism design and control functions.
