◉ Product Details
Prefabricated electrical rooms (eHouses), also known as PowerHouses or Power Distribution Centers, are prefabricated, walk-in, modular steel outdoor enclosures that house medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) switchgear and auxiliary equipment. eHouses can be skid-mounted or directly mounted on flatbed trucks, enabling shorter on-site installation, commissioning, and start-up times. They represent a high-quality, efficient alternative to traditional on-site civil engineering substations and electrical rooms.
Containerized data centers are highly integrated facilities that integrate infrastructure such as racks, cooling systems, power distribution cabinets, fire suppression systems, security monitoring, UPS, and generators into standard 20/40-foot shipping containers, featuring modular design. They utilize factory-prefabricated modules, reducing on-site deployment time to 3-5 days, achieving a minimum PUE value of 1.05, and supporting operating environments from -40℃ to 55℃, as well as edge computing and temporary expansion scenarios.
Close collaboration with key suppliers during design/manufacturing facilitates modifications and integration. Comprehensive testing of the eHouse (including all its components) before transportation reduces on-site risks. Its mobility makes installation and relocation easier, more convenient, and more cost-effective. eHouses can be installed near major loads, reducing the size and length of power and control cables while minimizing energy loss.
Unlike traditional eHouses, EcoFlex is based on pre-configured, pre-designed modules. Specific projects can flexibly select from a module library, using single modules or any combination of modules to achieve faster and more economical applications. Typical applications include, but are not limited to, new energy sources (solar, wind, energy storage), infrastructure construction, temporary/emergency power supply, and electric vehicle charging facilities. For these applications, customers often prefer standardized solutions that meet functional requirements, thereby further improving efficiency and reducing costs. Products meet relevant ETL, UL, CE, CSA, and IEC certification standards.
eHouses are increasingly popular in the power generation, oil and gas, mining, and process industries. They are ideal for projects requiring reduced on-site work, especially in remote areas where professional staff are sometimes scarce, labor is expensive, and management is difficult.
We provide customized e-HOUSE designs based on specific customer requirements, ensuring seamless adaptation to site conditions and functional needs. Our flexible layouts are suitable for various electrical equipment specifications. We offer end-to-end service—from consultation to design, manufacturing, transportation, installation, and commissioning—ensuring efficient coordination and timely, high-quality project delivery.

Furthermore, our E-HOUSE is designed for harsh environments, suitable for remote mining areas, desert regions, and tropical high-humidity conditions, offering superior durability and performance. All designs comply with international standards such as IEC, AS/NZS, and CSA, and can integrate complex electrical systems including medium and low voltage switchgear (MV/LV switchgear), frequency converter cabinets (VSD), uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS), control cabinets, and SCADA control systems.
Xuanhong Power adheres to a modular design philosophy, supporting flexible combinations for overall hoisting or on-site assembly, significantly accelerating deployment and reducing on-site construction risks. Our E-HOUSE solutions have been widely applied in projects across multiple industries, including power, mining, water infrastructure, and oil and gas, with services spanning Africa and Southeast Asia.
Containerized data centers, through hot and cold aisle isolation and the application of efficient cooling technology, generally achieve a PUE value below 1.5, with advanced solutions reaching as low as 1.05-1.3. Thanks to their compact modular design, they can accommodate up to six times the number of server racks in the same space compared to traditional data centers.
Key components employ N+1 or 2N redundancy designs; factory pre-integration testing ensures overall system reliability; and the enclosures possess high protection levels, shock resistance, and salt spray resistance, adapting to harsh environments.
Furthermore, containerized data centers offer advantages such as rapid deployment, flexibility and mobility, low cost, and intelligent management. Factory prefabrication and pre-commissioning significantly shorten on-site deployment cycles to weeks or even days, reducing construction timelines by 50%-90% compared to traditional data centers. They are not limited by fixed sites and can be deployed in complex environments such as outdoors, rooftops, and in the field, supporting on-demand expansion and overall relocation. They reduce land approval, civil engineering, and decoration costs, postpone capital investment, and significantly lower operating costs due to energy efficiency. The integrated intelligent monitoring system can realize real-time monitoring, early warning and remote management of power, environment and security.
