The rear-outlet low-voltage switchgear design significantly reduces the width of the switchgear layout. The cable compartment is located at the rear of the switchgear. This design also allows users to install two air circuit breakers (less than 3200 A) on a single cabinet without derating.
The operation of the rear-outlet low-voltage switchgear is located at the front, completely isolated from the rear power cables and terminals, effectively protecting the personal safety of operators and maintenance personnel.

Circuit breaker and main busbar current can truly reach 6300 A. Arc protection capability reaches 100 kA, and internal partitioning meets Form 4 type requirements. 7. Incoming line cabinets, feeder cabinets, and bus tie cabinets employing circuit breaker technology, whether withdrawable or fixed-mounted, all include 3V/3W circuit breakers. Cable feeder circuit distribution cabinets adopt a fixed-mounted structure; molded case circuit breakers can be installed according to user requirements. The withdrawable design with motor and cable feeder circuits offers excellent safety and applicability, and provides high ease of operation. Reactive power compensation cabinets reduce transformer and cable loads, decrease transmission losses, and save electricity costs. Depending on the load structure, the compensation cabinet can be equipped with non-choke or choke capacitor assemblies. A variety of mounting plates provide a solid foundation for user design freedom.
Cable feeder distribution cabinets using 3NJ4 strip fuse switches and 3NJ6 strip fuse mounting technology have a compact structure, improved economy, safety, and flexibility. Various horizontal busbar options meet diverse needs. SIVACON The busbar modules are both economical and safe: Horizontal busbars are located at the top of the cabinet.
Single horizontal busbar rated current up to 5000A, double horizontal busbar rated current up to 7400A. Rated current levels are divided according to actual needs: rated short-time withstand current Icw/Ipk up to 150KA(1s)/375KA. Busbar compartments are isolated from device compartments: busbar parallel connections can be easily made from the top of the cabinet. An arc barrier is provided to limit internal arc faults: high-strength door locks and hinges verified through arcing tests ensure that the cabinet door will not be blown open in the event of an internal arc fault, ensuring personal safety.
Different enclosure protection levels are available upon request, IP20-IP54. The cabinet enclosure is coated with epoxy resin powder, standard color is signal white RAL9003, ventilation baffles are dark gray RAL7016.
All non-energized metal structural parts are reliably grounded and have clear grounding markings to ensure operator safety.
The air circuit breaker, integrating Class 1 precision energy measurement, helps achieve better energy conservation and efficiency. Simultaneously, Bluetooth and NFC wireless connectivity bring smartphones into power distribution operation and maintenance management, truly realizing digital operation and maintenance management.
Finally, innovative digital modules enable upgrades to provide 30-second uninterrupted power throughout the project lifecycle, greatly ensuring the continuity of power supply and protection, as well as the scalability of system functions.
