◉ Product Details

Low-voltage reactive power compensation cabinets are devices used to compensate for the reactive power required by inductive loads. These cabinets play a crucial role in improving the system's power factor, enhancing power quality, extending the lifespan of electrical equipment, reducing grid transmission losses, and suppressing voltage fluctuations.

Low-voltage reactive power compensation cabinets are assembled from harmonic-resistant modules composed of harmonic-resistant capacitors, harmonic-resistant reactors, imported zero-crossing triggering technology thyristor integrated circuits, and high-breaking-capacity fuses. They meet relevant certification standards such as ETL, UL, CE, CSA, and IEC, and feature harmonic suppression capabilities. They enable conduction at zero voltage crossings and disconnection at zero current, ensuring no inrush current in the connected capacitors, and offer three-phase and phase-by-phase compensation functions. The switching control has a fast response speed, making them suitable for applications with rapidly changing inductive loads, such as steel rolling mills, cement plants, and CNC machine tools.

Static var generators combine the advantages of TSC dynamic compensation devices and SVG static var generators, achieving significant optimization in compensation accuracy and response speed while substantially reducing device costs. The JL-TSVCG device provides smooth, dynamic, and rapid reactive power compensation from inductive to capacitive modes. It features multiple harmonic suppression functions, a user-friendly human-machine interface with a touchscreen Chinese display, comprehensive protection functions, and stable performance, making it ideal for comprehensive power quality optimization in industrial settings. The device boasts the following features:

● Control Function: Comprehensive control based on power factor and reactive power;

● Flexible Control Mode: Supports common compensation, separate compensation, and combined common-separate compensation; the number of switching paths and single-step capacity are configurable;

● Compensation Effect Advantages: Stepped switching compensation is achieved using the TSC device, while blind spot coverage is achieved using the SVG module, resulting in stepless compensation. Over-compensation and under-compensation are avoided, achieving three-phase balanced compensation with fast response and true dynamic performance. Compensation with harmonic filtering function, achieving multiple optimizations of power consumption;

● Multiple protection functions: Includes overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, harmonic limit exceedance, frequency limit exceedance, and overtemperature protection functions;

● User-friendly human-machine interface: Utilizes a touchscreen display, showing parameters such as phase voltage, current, power factor, total harmonic distortion (THD) of voltage, total harmonic distortion (THD) of current, system frequency, active power, reactive power, capacitor switching status, IGBT device temperature, and compensation current of the power grid, equipment, SVG, and capacitors in waveform format for greater intuitiveness;

● Convenient data analysis: Features power-off data saving function, allowing data to be exported via USB flash drive to Excel for analysis. Includes 485, CAN bus, and network communication interfaces for easy data communication.
