Leveraging 80 years of experience designing, building, and installing electrical distribution equipment for commercial vessels, engineering vessels, and offshore platforms, ABS presents the marine version of the BlokSeT MB switchboard.

Available in fixed/removable/PCC/MCC/iMCC configurations. The BlokSeT MB301M and MB401M switchboards are designed for reliable operation and service continuity, ensuring:

Designed to standard IEC61439-1/2 Validated

Service continuity – thanks to quick-change drawer operation

Compact design – thanks to the high stacking density of switchboard functional units

Validated and certified by IEC61439-1/2 and DNV. They offer enhanced reliability and durability at an attractive total cost of ownership.

Back-to-back cabinet type: Suitable for compact solutions with limited switchboard room space, allowing circuits to be arranged on both sides with a shared busbar area in the middle.

Generator Panel: Highly functional, typically composed of ABB, Schneider Electric, and Siemens switches combined with various protective components, instruments, and indicating elements.

The cabinet design and materials used minimize the risk of arcing during faults. In the event of an arc, it is extinguished quickly, and faulty drawers can be replaced without power interruption.

Motor Starter Panel: Configured according to ABB standard starter cabinet solutions, the drawer compartments utilize imported German multi-functional panels, enhancing safety, reliability, and aesthetics. Integrating internet technology and intelligent sensors, it enables remote monitoring, control, and setting, providing detailed fault diagnosis and event logs to aid in big data analysis. It can provide early warnings of equipment failures, enabling proactive maintenance and ensuring safe, reliable, and continuous power supply.

Synchronization Panel: Equipped with generator cabinet synchronization control equipment and an energy management system, it also provides the necessary instruments and control switches for monitoring and manual control. Protective relays and controllers are installed within the cabinet.

Feeder Panel: Selected from switch cabinets or MCCB centralized distribution cabinets based on load size, featuring a compact structure, uniform layout, and convenient wiring for customers.

PMS Panel: A PMS cabinet specifically developed for ship and offshore platform projects. It features a compact structure, convenient wiring, and an aesthetically pleasing design.

Meets ETL, UL, CE, CSA, ABS, and IEC certification standards.
