The American standard modular low-voltage switchgear system has proven its value through years of use in the global market. The entire system fully considers future development potential, avoiding the risk of obsolescence due to technological advancements.

The cabinet frame structure is highly flexible, requiring no maintenance once assembled. Different standard components can be installed within the cabinet to meet various usage requirements. Because the entire system, including the electrical structure, adopts a modular design, this optimized structural design meets the requirements of various components and can adapt to different working environments, achieving the corresponding protection level. The MNS® system is designed and uses materials to minimize the occurrence of fault arcs, which, if they do occur, are extinguished quickly. It complies with IEC 61439 Annex AA requirements and has passed the fault arc test IEC 61641 by an authoritative testing institution, as well as type testing. In the tests, fault arcs did not affect adjacent pull-out components; after the arc was extinguished, the drawer components remained operational after cleaning; components with mechanical interlocks remained in their positions within the cabinet, and even in isolated positions, there were no signs of failure on the cabinet surface.

The plastic materials used in the MNS® system are CFC- and halogen-free, and possess flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties.

Compared to traditional products, the innovative MNS® system offers several advantages: Compact structure, saving cabinet space; cabinets can be arranged back-to-back; economical power distribution circuit layout; use of all standard components, facilitating engineering design; modular design; standardized throughout the series; cabinets can be designed with corresponding protection levels according to different working and environmental requirements; different types of functional components, such as plug-in and pull-out components, can be freely installed in a single cabinet; arc-proof design; cabinets can meet earthquake, vibration, and shock resistance requirements as needed; convenient equipment upgrades and improvements; maintenance-free busbars and frame structure; high continuity and reliability of equipment operation; and guaranteed operator safety.
